About
Andy is a seasoned commercial and regulatory litigator with particular expertise in financial markets law, credit finance and consumer law. He acts for a range of private and public sector clients in civil litigation. He has also acted for the Financial Markets Authority and the Commerce Commission in a number of contentious and high-profile regulatory cases involving complex and novel points of law.
Andy is an effective courtroom advocate with experience arguing cases before juries, first-instance decision-makers and appeal courts. He has also assisted clients in mediations and regularly accepts advisory instructions.
