About

Elise works on civil proceedings for a range of government and private clients. She also assists in prosecuting criminal proceedings.

Before joining MC, Elise was an intermediate solicitor at the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care where she worked primarily in the health and disability investigation team. Elise has experience within the areas of public law, health and medical legislation and policy, human rights jurisprudence, and the investigation of historic matters. Her specialties include disability legislation and policy, and human rights.
