As a Crown prosecutor, Jessica regularly appears in the District and High Court on a range of matters, including jury trials and appeals. She has also appeared in the Court of Appeal.
Jessica also acts in a variety of proceedings on behalf of regulators such as Maritime New Zealand, and before regulatory bodies including the New Zealand Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal, the Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Board, and the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Board.
