Prior to joining MC, Nicole worked at Dentons and Jincheng Tongda & Neal in Shanghai. She is fluent in both Mandarin and English, and her overseas experience enhances her ability to engage effectively with international clients.
Recent Cases & Achievements
Nicole’s Honours dissertation for her law degree delved into the pressing need for reform in Investor-State Dispute Settlement and conducted a comprehensive feasibility study exploring the option of incorporating an appeal mechanism.
