Olivia Kazmierow

Olivia is in one of MC's regulatory litigation teams, specialising in criminal and civil proceedings under the Fair Trading Act 1986, Commerce Act 1986, and Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.

Olivia is also a prosecutor for the Crown, appearing on a range of criminal matters in the District Court.

Prior to joining MC, Olivia worked for a senior criminal barrister, and as criminal defence lawyer at the Public Defence Service in Manukau. She appeared as junior counsel in jury trials in the District Court and High Court, in appeals in the Court of Appeal, and before the New Zealand Parole Board.
