Pip McNabb

Pip regularly appears in the District Court and High Court on a range of matters, including jury trials and appeals. She has also appeared in the Court of Appeal.

Pip acts on instructions from various government agencies and regulatory bodies such as the Department of Corrections, Teaching Council, Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and the Department of Conservation, and also provides advice to the New Zealand Police.

Prior to joining MC, Pip worked as a criminal defence lawyer at the Public Defence Service. She regularly appeared as defence counsel in jury trials, judge alone trials, appeals and parole hearings.
