Raksha assists on a wide range of regulatory and commercial litigation matters, including complex Fair Trading Act cases for regulators such as the New Zealand Commerce Commission. Prior to joining MC, Raksha was a lawyer at an international law firm in Sydney, working primarily in their commercial litigation practice. Raksha’s work experience includes acting on matters for corporate entities in civil proceedings, such as class actions and insolvency and liquidation disputes.
During her studies, Raksha interned at a large commercial law firm in Auckland, as well as an international law firm in Melbourne. Raksha also worked as a winter clerk at MC in 2021.
