Rangi Cowley

Rangi (Ngāpuhi-ki-Whaingaroa, Ngāti Kahu Ki Whaingaroa) regularly appears in the District Court on criminal matters, and assists with criminal proceedings in the High Court. Rangi is also involved in regulatory, commercial and civil proceedings for both government and private sector clients including the New Zealand Police, Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities, and the Department of Corrections.

Prior to joining MC, Rangi studied te reo Māori at Te Wananga o Aotearoa (Te Pūtaketanga o te Reo) and worked for the Office of the Manukau Crown Solicitor as a law clerk, and Deloitte as a business consulting intern.
