- Official Assignee v Harding [2022] NZHC 1509. Obtained forced sale orders and costs against co-owner of property
- DeMarco v Official Assignee [2023] NZHC 1576. Obtained order for security for costs
- Bamber v Official Assignee [2023] NZHC 260. Successful defence of appeal against possession order. Dealt with arguments relating to application of tikanga Māori to provisions of the Insolvency Act
- Shearing Services Kamupene Limited (in liquidation) v Tarahau Farming Limited [2023] NZCA 196. Successful appeal against High Court decision that had determined a company was validly placed in voluntary administration
